The 200 spots are not handed out. They are earned, by feeding the baler ten NFTs nobody wants from at least two different collections on the list. Ten in, one spot out, and a spot is ten boxes for gas. Nothing burns while you are filling it: what you put in is yours until you claim, and one button takes it all back. The claim is the moment there is no undo, and it says so.
